This is a brilliant opportunity to join a Corporate Actions team responsible for administering dividends, disclosures and shareholder events! The role combines technical processing with client communication and reconciliation responsibilities.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Processing dividends, corporate actions, meeting notices and disclosure requests accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Setting up and updating event files, issuing instructions and monitoring responses to ensure timely completion.
  • Preparing notifications to clients regarding corporate actions and related events.
  • Ensuring client instructions are checked and authorised appropriately.
  • Preparing and issuing instructions to Global Custodians, Fund Administrators or Company agents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Completing position checks, restriction reviews and compliance verification prior to instruction release.
  • Reconciling allocations and entitlements once share and cash movements are confirmed.
  • Updating internal systems to reflect accurate holdings across client accounts.
  • Responding to client queries and communications in line with internal service guidelines.
  • Investigating and escalating discrepancies in accordance with established escalation procedures.
  • Supporting other team members during peak volumes or staff shortages.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, alongside numerical competence and the ability to communicate clearly in professional English. They will have good IT proficiency, particularly in Outlook, Excel and Word, and be comfortable working within structured systems and procedures. A willingness to undertake further professional development, including securities or financial services qualifications, would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work effectively within a team environment.
