Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator who enjoys managing complex portfolios and providing dependable, high-quality service. This is an excellent next step for someone building toward qualification, who is ready to deepen their expertise while managing a diverse mix of structures.
Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring high-quality administration.
- Assisting with client queries, transactions and documentation.
- Ensuring statutory, regulatory and internal deadlines are met.
- Liaising with banks, investment managers and professional advisers.
- Preparing minutes, resolutions and supporting documents as required.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Supporting junior team members with routine guidance where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in trust and corporate administration, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. They will have or be working toward a professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA or ACCA, with study support available. A proactive attitude, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
