A fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to support senior leaders in a fast-paced professional services environment. The successful candidate will provide high-level executive assistance to directors, helping manage their time, communications, and key priorities.
Location Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:- Providing proactive diary and inbox management.
- Coordinating meetings, presentations, and events.
- Preparing documentation, proposals, and reports.
- Acting as a gatekeeper and key point of contact for directors.
- Supporting the wider administrative team and contributing to client service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting directors or partners in a professional services environment. Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential. A secretarial or business administration qualification is desirable.
