Investor Services Administrator

Supporting investors from onboarding through to fund closure requires accuracy, communication and a proactive approach. This role provides the opportunity to build specialist knowledge while contributing to the delivery of high-quality services across a diverse portfolio of fund structures.

• Supporting the administration of a portfolio of alternative asset fund structures.
• Assisting with the delivery of investor services across the full fund lifecycle.
• Supporting investor onboarding and wider client onboarding processes.
• Preparing investor capital calls and distribution notices.
• Responding to investor and fund manager enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensuring service level agreements and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Liaising with Compliance and KYC teams to support regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with operational projects and process improvements.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service.
• Supporting day-to-day operational activities within the Investor Services function.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' relevant financial services experience, ideally within fund administration, investor services or a similar client-focused environment. They will possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines. Good communication and client service skills are essential, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with a flexible approach, a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in developing a career within investor services.
