- Undertake comprehensive mental health, risk, and psychosocial assessments for children and young people referred to CAMHS.
- Develop, implement, and review person-centred care and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT-informed approaches, psychoeducation, and brief psychological interventions.
- Manage a defined caseload of children, young people, and families with complex mental health needs.
- Professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or another recognised allied health profession.
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to CAMHS practice.
- Additional training in child and adolescent mental health interventions is desirable.
- NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council).
- Significant post-registration experience within CAMHS or children's mental health services.
- Experience managing complex mental health presentations, including crisis and risk assessment.
