Business Systems Analyst

• Designing and building low‑code applications and workflow solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Developing and maintaining data reporting tools, including SSRS and Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborating with teams across the business to analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Testing and deploying new systems and enhancements to existing platforms.
• Supporting the implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Providing user support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
• Assisting with data integrity, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business systems, IT, or data analysis and a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and BI reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRS. They will be a proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication and analytical skills, able to translate business challenges into technical solutions. A passion for technology, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Experience working within a digital transformation environment or managing cross‑departmental projects would be an advantage.
