Engagement & Delivery Manager

We're looking for an Engagement & Delivery Manager to join our team in Guernsey in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will have a significant impact on shaping client strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering long-term partnerships that enable digital transformation.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and stakeholder alignment

Manage the successful delivery of complex technology programs to achieve quality and performance objectives

Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within client accounts

Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistent delivery standards

Oversee project budgets, resources, and risk management to maintain efficiency and profitability

Conduct workshops, client presentations, and regular status meetings to ensure transparency and engagement

Support proposal creation, contract negotiations, and onboarding for new projects

Track and report delivery progress, proactively addressing challenges and mitigating risks

Mentor and guide team members to foster excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven experience in client engagement, business development, and technology delivery management

Prior experience in the Public/Government sector working with senior stakeholders

Strong track record of managing complex projects and maintaining client satisfaction

Knowledge of technology solutions implementation and integration with business processes

Familiarity with AI solutions or demonstrated commitment to adopting emerging technologies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Willingness and ability to work onsite in Guernsey and travel as needed

Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery frameworks

Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage

Nice to have Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFeUnderstanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation projects
