IT & Application Support Analyst

This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised and customer-focused IT professional to join a busy support team. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies while working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver effective technical solutions. • Provide first-line IT and application support to colleagues across the business.
• Log, prioritise and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
• Support Windows devices, mobile devices and business applications.
• Assist with system administration, software updates and equipment deployment.
• Prepare meeting rooms, user workstations and IT equipment.
• Support application testing and product releases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user records.
• Monitor systems, identify issues and assist with incident resolution.
• Support IT projects, disaster recovery testing and business improvement initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to users at all levels.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is early in their career, ideally in their first or second professional role, with a genuine interest in developing within IT and application support. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential, as you'll be providing support by phone, email and in person, so you'll need to be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.

While previous IT experience isn't essential, you'll have a natural interest in technology, enjoy solving problems and be keen to learn new systems and applications. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach are key, together with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver a consistently high standard of support in a busy environment.
