• Advising clients on personal and commercial insurance products and coverage.
• Liaising and negotiating with insurers to secure appropriate terms and pricing.
• Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments professionally and efficiently.
• Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Supporting team targets and business growth objectives.
• Providing training and coaching to less experienced team members.
• Promoting company values and delivering a consistent five-star client experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within insurance, financial services, or sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a professional and approachable manner. An entry-level CII qualification or a willingness to study toward one is required. The successful candidate will be motivated, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
