A fantastic senior leadership opportunity for an experienced fund services professional who enjoys combining strategic oversight with hands‑on client management. Acting as the operational lead for a key client relationship, this position plays a pivotal role in service delivery, team leadership and driving long‑term growth!

Location Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Acting as the senior operational and client‑facing lead for a key fund services client.
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of service delivery, including long‑term planning, budgeting and process development.
  • Ensuring financial targets are met and business risk is effectively monitored and managed.
  • Leading, motivating and developing client‑facing fund administration teams across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensuring all client deliverables are met in line with contractual and service level agreements.
  • Maintaining oversight of compliance standards, file reviews and operational processes.
  • Owning client‑facing risk and error events and coordinating remediation plans.
  • Driving service improvements, KPIs and SLAs to enhance client experience.
  • Acting as a client escalation point, reviewing service levels, profitability and fee arrangements.
  • Supporting recruitment, resourcing, training and performance management across the team.
  • Facilitating clear communication through regular management meetings and reporting.
  • Contributing to the development of systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Supporting business development activities, including presentations, fee proposals and onboarding of new business.
  • Maintaining high standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive fund administration experience, with a minimum of 8 years' experience gained within a client‑facing fund services environment. They will have a proven track record operating at a senior level, combining strong leadership, operational oversight and relationship management skills. Sound technical knowledge of regulatory requirements is essential, alongside the ability to manage risk, drive performance and influence senior stakeholders, including C‑suite contacts.

A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills and the confidence to operate as part of a senior management team are key, as is the ability to balance commercial awareness with consistently high standards of client service.
