Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Take the lead in a hands‑on management role overseeing specialist cleaning operations across multiple divisions. This position combines team leadership, client interaction and operational responsibility within a growing business.
Location Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:- Managing the heavy‑duty cleaning and roof cleaning divisions.
- Supervising and training staff, including onboarding new team members.
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Recruiting staff and supporting workforce planning.
- Meeting clients, providing quotes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining communication across teams, clients and management.
- Ordering equipment and supplies with appropriate approvals.
- Carrying out minor maintenance tasks as required.
- Supporting operational needs, including covering staff when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in heavy‑duty cleaning (or similar) and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role. They will demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A full driving licence is required, along with a proactive and reliable approach to work.
