The ideal candidate will have extensive regulatory Compliance experience within financial services, together with strong knowledge of GFSC requirements and the ability to interpret complex regulatory developments and translate them into practical business guidance. You'll have experience managing regulatory requests, returns and regulator engagement, alongside producing high-quality reporting for senior management and Board-level audiences. Previous people management, coaching or mentoring experience is important, as you'll provide leadership and direction to the Compliance team.
