Operations Officer

• Marshalling aircraft on arrival and departure.
• Meeting, guiding and assisting passengers and crew.
• Supporting the transfer of medical patients.
• Loading and unloading baggage.
• Assisting with aircraft refuelling and towing.
• Carrying out aircraft interior and exterior cleaning.
• Ensuring hangar equipment is safe, operational and regularly checked.
• Maintaining security across the hangar and apron areas.
• Handling operational administration such as invoicing, cash payments and compliance documentation.
• Providing out-of-hours call-out cover on a rostered basis.

The ideal candidate will hold a full driving licence and be comfortable working in a hands‑on operational environment. They will be computer literate, detail‑focused and able to communicate professionally with clients, passengers and crew. Strong teamwork, reliability and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Candidates must pass airport security checks and demonstrate an understanding of health and safety requirements.

Training will be provided for individuals with the right attitude and potential.
