Dalkeith Thistle F.C. is looking for a committed and organised Volunteer Club Secretary to join our team and help support the running of one of Midlothian’s historic football clubs.

This is a key role within the club, ideal for someone who is passionate about grassroots football, enjoys administration and communication, and wants to make a real impact in the local community.

• Acting as the main point of contact for league and club communications
• Organising meetings and maintaining club records
• Supporting matchday administration and player registrations
• Coordinating with committee members, volunteers, and league officials
• Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the club

• Organised and reliable
• Comfortable with emails and basic admin tasks
• Passionate about local football and community sport
• Able to commit a few flexible hours each week
