Building Services Manager

We're looking for a Building Services Manager to join our Scotland team based in Stepps/Dalkeith on a hybrid basis.

Join our Scotland team as a Building Services Manager, where you'll provide essential building services expertise across projects from tender through to delivery and commissioning. You'll act as our in-house subject matter expert, working collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance, quality, and successful delivery of MEP elements across varied projects.

As a Building Services Manager, you'll be working within the Scotland team, supporting them in delivering building services excellence across multiple projects. Your day to day will include:

• Providing technical expertise and advice to bids, pre-construction, and onsite delivery teams
• Selecting, appointing, and managing specialist subcontractors to deliver against Kier standards
• Working closely with design teams to manage M&E packages and coordinate services on site
• Managing the commissioning process and ensuring compliance of as-built and maintenance manuals
• Reviewing technical submittals and checking quality of installations by subcontractors

This role of Building Services Manager is great for you if:

• You have strong technical knowledge of M&E design and installations with a good understanding of modern mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems
• You have demonstrable experience working in a main contracting environment, managing specialist subcontract partners
• You have proven experience delivering substantial building services packages and working throughout the full project lifecycle
• You're qualified in a Mechanical or Electrical Discipline at Degree level or equivalent (NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE)
• You hold SMSTS 5 Day Cert, CSCS Card, and a Full driving licence
