Associate Dentist – Mixed Practice (Private-Focused)

Job type: 4–5 days per week | Permanent Position - 37.5 hours per week
💷 £80,000 – £120,000 per annum (DOE)

We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist on behalf of a modern, fully digitised mixed dental practice located in Dalkeith, Midlothian. The practice is well-established, with two surgeries and an experienced clinical management team providing excellent support.

This is an excellent private-focused opportunity, with a small NHS commitment limited to children only.

* Rotary Endodontics

The Role

* Deliver high-quality private general dentistry

* Manage an existing patient list

* Small NHS list (children only)

* Opportunity to significantly increase private earnings

* Mondays & Tuesdays from 1st February

* Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays available after one month (Flexible working 4–5 days per week)

Remuneration

* 50% remuneration

* 50% lab bill split

* £80,000 – £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and private conversion

Requirements

* GDC registered dentist

* Experience providing NHS and private dentistry in the UK

* Confident delivering a wide range of general dental treatments

* Strong communication and patient-focused approach

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
