Position offered by Elovate Systems Inc.

• Deliver personalized care plans to clients in a supportive role.
• Work independently, responding calmly to unplanned situations.
• Administer medication as outlined in the unit’s training and staff development plan.

• Educated to at least SVQ Level II in Social Care or a related subject.
• Practical experience working in a supportive role with clients and personal plans.
• Registered with the SSSC (or willing to register within 6 months of starting).
• Possess a satisfactory PVG for working with vulnerable adults (or willing to acquire one before employment).
• No remote working – on site at the specified locations.
• Contract type:
  Locum.
• Hours of work:
  Variable hours, negotiable with service.
• Salary will be at the first point on the salary scale as per Midlothian Council policy.

This post is considered regulated work with protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Applicants barred from working with protected adults are ineligible. Prior PVG membership is required before commencement, and the cost of the scheme will be borne by the successful candidate.
