IT Helpdesk Technician (13 Years Experience) Edinburgh/Hybrid Up to £35,000 Were looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 13 years of helpdesk experience who is keen to develop their technical skills and progress their career in IT.

The Role Youll be the first point of contact for IT support, providing friendly and efficient technical assistance to users across the business. Youll troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents remotely, and escalate where necessary, all while delivering excellent customer service.
