Newbattle Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly, forward‑thinking team, due to continued expansion of our patient list.

We are a progressive practice caring for approximately 24,199 patients
, with an innovative online triage system that ensures patients are directed quickly to the right clinician, providing timely and appropriate care. We are also proud of our highly regarded frailty service, delivering rapid assessment and continuity of care for our most vulnerable patients.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will work within your professional scope of practice to provide comprehensive patient care, including history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing (where qualified), and ongoing evaluation. You will work autonomously while benefiting from the support and collaboration of our experienced GP team whenever required.

There is also the opportunity to become involved in our successful online triage service.

We are looking for someone with:

• Current registration as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT and general computer literacy.
• Experience of using Vision is desirable, although full training will be provided.
