Key Responsibilities - Detailer:

• Clean the exterior and interior of vehicles including wash and wax vehicle exteriors, vacuum and shampoo interior carpets and upholstery, clean and polish windows, mirrors, and wheels and more.
• Apply protective treatments to surfaces, including leather and vinyl.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and cosmetic issues.
• Document the condition of vehicles through reports and photographs.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as steamers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
• Provide general lot supervision and keep vehicle parking lots neat and orderly
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of service lane, driveway, and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications - Detailer:

• Previous experience in car detailing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• High school diploma
