Site Manager position at Zips Car Wash LLC located at 8875 Dallas Acworth Hwy, Dallas, GA. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash, maintain cleanliness and functionality of the property, and assist throughout the car wash process. You will lead a customer-focused team and be recognized and rewarded for service.
Starting pay for this position is: $45,000/year + Bonus & Commission Pay.
Responsibilities- Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs smoothly and beautifully
- Recruit, interview, hire, and performance-manage site-level team members
- Train Customer Service Associates, Leads and Assistant Managers and provide ongoing education
- Create team member schedules and assign schedules and responsibilities
- Set financial goals and sales targets for team members and monitor progress
- Open and close the site and facilitate daily operations
- Perform minor equipment repairs as trained
- Engage customers while promoting our Unlimited Wash Club
- Monitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenance
- Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
- Uphold and enforce company policies
- Monitor, control, and troubleshoot chemicals daily
- Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile
- Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests
- Manage overall site performance
- 2 years of experience in a management role
- 3 years of sales or customer service experience
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred:
Associate degree or higher in business or related field - Preferred:
Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets - Preferred:
Car Wash experience
