• Provide personalized care for boarding and daycare pets, ensuring proper food, exercise, and attention.
• Monitor animal behavior and habits, promptly notifying the medical team of any health concerns.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment across kennel areas, runs, and grounds.
• Manage inventory for food and cleaning supplies, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.

• A genuine love for animals and commitment to welfare.
• A reliable, hardworking nature, able to manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, good judgment, and composure under stress.
• The physical capacity to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform a physically active role.
• Preferred experience as a kennel assistant; flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
