- Provide personalized care for boarding and daycare pets, ensuring proper food, exercise, and attention.
- Monitor animal behavior and habits, promptly notifying the medical team of any health concerns.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary environment across kennel areas, runs, and grounds.
- Manage inventory for food and cleaning supplies, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to welfare.
- A reliable, hardworking nature, able to manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, good judgment, and composure under stress.
- The physical capacity to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform a physically active role.
- Preferred experience as a kennel assistant; flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
