Auto Zone’s store teams provide WOW! customer service, helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Store employees keep inventory stocked, assist with product selection, and give expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. They drive sales, maintain store operations, and foster a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver WOW! customer service, exceed expectations, and make a real difference for customers. This opportunity offers growth in automotive parts and retail sales within a premier organization.

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures and loss prevention policies to ensure financial integrity.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible
  
  Schedule:
  
  Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications:
  
  Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
