Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is looking for an exceptional Community Relations Representative (also known as Account Executive, Sales Liaison, Community Relations Coordinator, etc.) who will shine a spotlight on our hospice services in the local communities.

Compensation Spotlight: Competitive pay range of $90,000–$140,000 annually including commission.

Setting the Scene: As the Community Relations Star, you will scout new business territories, forge key alliances, and direct a stellar sales and marketing strategy to illuminate our hospice services. Guided by your relationships with potential referral sources—physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and leaders of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities—you will navigate us toward new business opportunities and raise awareness of Inspire Hospice’s programs.

Your Star Qualities:

• College degree in business, marketing, or nursing is a plus.
• Previous healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in hospice, home health, post‑acute care, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with impressive follow‑through.
• Familiarity with local senior support resources, advanced directives, and challenges faced by chronically or terminally ill patients and families.
• Proficient in fundamental computer skills and knowledge of basic business software.
