• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs that meet — and exceed — National Electrical Code standards
• Keep work areas clean and communicate clearly to build customer trust and loyalty
• Educate customers on their electrical systems and recommend upgrades or improvements, completing work on the spot or scheduling for a future visit
• Provide precise estimates and invoicing for repairs and projects
• Document all work performed with before-and-after photos
• Always follow and demonstrate safe work practices
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff

• At least 2 years of experience in residential electrical wiring, repair, and troubleshooting
• GA Electrical License is a plus
• Skilled at wiring, terminating devices, performing quality control testing, and diagnosing issues
• Knowledge of installing electrical systems in both new construction and existing homes/buildings
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Professional appearance, clean uniform, and well-kept work shoes
