Roofing Repair Technician

Proformance Builder Solutions is a leading B2B construction services provider, specializing in roofing, siding, and house wrap for new residential construction. Founded in 2016, we have completed over 15,000 roofing installations each year and have recently expanded our service offerings to meet the growing demands of residential builders across the state.

Must have at least 2 years roofing repair experience working with shingle roofs. Tile a plus.

• Minor and extensive roof repairs.
• Ability to process customer payments.
• Company tools and truck provided
• Must possess a clean and valid drivers license
• Must be willing to work on the weekends as the business needs, and a mandatory weekend rotation during the rainy season.
• Must be willing to rotate or float into other markets/ branches to help with repairs if the workload in home branch slows down. (Day trips, potential night trips as business requires)
• If workload slows down on repairs the employee must be willing to assume other role responsibilities like a Field Tech, or quick short material runner, or warehouse duties etc.

$20-$25 per hour
