The Shelter Resident Transition (SRT) Service Associate is an operational, temporary role in disaster relief operations. SRT Caseworkers work with shelter residents to understand available resources and identify barriers to progress, then help households create an individualized action plan designed to move them from the shelter toward safer, more sustainable housing options.
