Job DescriptionQualified drivers will deliver pizzas and other store products, following safe driving practices and maintaining a professional, customer‑friendly service. You’ll navigate the delivery area, use a company vehicle, and track orders efficiently. The role supports both the front‑of‑house operation and delivery team.
Job Requirements and Duties- Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that meets company standards.
- Must own or have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
- Required to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate multi‑story buildings and other adverse terrain.
- Responsible for order accuracy, making correct monetary change, and entering orders using a computer or touchscreen.
- Ensure timely delivery of pizzas, drinks, flyers, and door hangers.
- Clean equipment and work areas daily.
- Conduct inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Many team members start as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership or management roles. The company supports career growth across multiple levels.

Communication Skills- Ability to understand and give written instructions.
- Verbal communication with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
- Basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to use a calculator.
- Accurate monetary change handling.
- Strong motor coordination for rapid and accurate hand movements.
- Keyboard or touchscreen order entry.
- Map and navigation skills within the delivery area.
- Capability to navigate adverse terrain and carry product efficiently.
- Varying weather conditions during outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+.
- Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
- Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Compacted storage areas such as walk‑in coolers.
- Sudden temperature changes.
- Telephone hearing, near/mid‑range vision.
- Depth perception.
- Distinguishing hot/cold surfaces.
- Night vision for driving.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently or with others, manage stress, meet quality control standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make decisions.
Physical Requirements- Standing: Most tasks performed standing; work surfaces 36–48”.
- Walking: Short distances and short durations.
- Sitting: Completing paperwork at a desk or table.
- Lifting: Bulk deliveries up to 50 lb.
- Carrying: Large cans 3 lb 7 oz, cases of pizza sauce 30 lb, trays of dough 12 lb each.
- Pushing: Trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb force.
- Climbing: Infrequent stairs or ladders; delivery may require 5+ flights.
- Stooping/Bending: Up to 45 seconds at a time, repeated continuously.
- Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally for stocking and cleaning.
- Reaching: Upwards, forward, or downwards to perform tasks; may reach above 72”.
- Driving: Deliver pizzas within designated area, multiple deliveries per shift.
- Machines / Tools: Pencils, calculators, phones, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, peel, etc.
- Driving Specific Duties: Deliver product, flyers, door hangers.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
