Warehouse Team Lead

CHASE Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to help coordinate daily warehouse activities, support associates, and keep receiving, inventory, and shipping operations running safely and efficiently. This is a hands‑on position requiring strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail.

• Assign daily tasks and guide warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Support receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor inventory, assist with cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Train employees on warehouse procedures, safe equipment use, and workplace expectations.
• Communicate attendance, performance, and operational concerns to management.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized work area.
• Coordinate with other departments to keep orders moving and shipments on schedule.
• Recommend improvements to warehouse processes and workflow.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Experience using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines in a busy warehouse.
• Forklift certification and additional relevant education or certifications are valued.
• Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Perform essential duties involving extended standing and walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work around moving equipment and in varying warehouse temperatures. Wear required personal protective equipment. Be available for overtime, weekend work, or schedule adjustments as needed. Exact shift hours will be confirmed.
