Overview

Alcuin School, an independent Montessori and International Baccalaureate (IB) school and TAPPS 2A member, seeks two coaches for Spring 2026. These roles are ideal for former players, teaching professionals, or experienced youth coaches looking for meaningful, consistent seasonal work in a positive school environment.

Season Dates & Schedules Middle School Head Coach

Season:
February 9 - April 23
Practices:
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00-6:00 p.m.

Assistant Varsity Golf Coach

Season:
January 26 - April 20
Practices:
Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:30-6:00 p.m.
Note:

Girls' Varsity team won the TAPPS State Championship last year.

Qualifications

Prior coaching and/or playing experience
Strong understanding of golf fundamentals and rules
Ability to coach middle and high school athletes
Strong communication skills
CPR/First Aid preferred
Background check required

Essential Responsibilities

Lead structured practices
Provide skills instruction and feedback
Coach players during matches/tournaments
Foster positive team culture
Communicate with families and staff
Support logistics and equipment needs
Uphold TAPPS and school athletic policies
