Job Description
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient-specific treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions under PT supervision.
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with facility policies.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques for continued progress at home.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
- Current Oregon PTA license (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Prior clinical or travel experience in a hospital, outpatient, or skilled nursing facility preferred.
