Physical Therapist Assistant
Northwest Rehabilitation & Associates, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider of outpatient orthopedics serving Salem, Keizer, Dallas and surrounding communities for over 15 years. We are known for delivering high‑quality individualized care alongside a team of highly skilled physical therapists who are passionate about helping patients achieve their goals.
Salary: $32‑38/hr depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Follow‑Up:
Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist. - Treatment Planning:
Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans. - Therapeutic Interventions:
Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education. - Documentation:
Using Raintree, monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist. - Patient
Education:
Educate patients and families on exercises, pain‑management techniques, and care plans. - Professional Atmosphere:
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Associate Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
