Kennel Assistant

Dallas Animal Clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Animal Care Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves animals and is eager to support their care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a key part of our clinic, you’ll help ensure the comfort, cleanliness, and well-being of the pets in our care while gaining valuable experience in the veterinary field.

This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating weekends.

• Compensation: $15.50 - $16 per hour, for each hour worked*

• 1+ years of kennel or animal handling experience
• Commitment to a career in veterinary medicine with ongoing training
• Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Patient handling and restraint
  • Caring for boarding patients: feeding cleaning, medicating
  • Cleaning and disinfecting of kennels and hospital
  • Assisting technicians
