Corporate Accountant – Real Estate Accounting Team
Cyperus Group LLC is seeking a corporate accountant for its Real Estate Accounting team in Dallas.
Base pay: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, plus annual bonus and other compensation.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial statements for the real estate portfolio.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Junior level candidate preferred, eager to learn and grow.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Seniority level: Mid‑Senior
