SNI Financial is partnering with a few fortune 500 & 1000 companies needing a Financial Reporting Senior and/or Manager.

Prepare the Company’s SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, and earnings release), including the preparation and review of supporting documentation and XBRL tagging.

• Manage complex areas of the accounting close, including the preparation and maintenance of ASC 842 lease accounting schedules and the monthly consolidation of financial results.
• Act as the primary liaison with other departments to obtain required supporting documentation and information necessary to complete financial statements and SEC filings.
• Assist with researching, documenting, and implementing conclusions regarding the technical accounting treatment for non-routine transactions, new accounting pronouncements, and the update of internal accounting policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• CPA designation or current CPA candidate.
• Excellent knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, technical accounting matters, and SEC regulations.
• Self‑motivated, a critical thinker, and detail‑oriented with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
