Accounts Payable Supervisor

Our client, a real estate owner/operator, is looking for an AP Supervisor to oversee the company’s payables operations. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle for their Property Management businesses, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supervising the AP team.

This role is 5 days/week in-office.

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
• Supervise and support the AP team, providing training and performance feedback
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors while maintaining strong internal controls
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues promptly
• Maintain and improve AP policies, procedures, and systems
• Assist with month-end close and audits related to accounts payable

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounts payable experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory role
• AP within Real Estate / Property Management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting systems including Yardi and Quick Books
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
