The Accounting Manager oversees all functions of the accounting department, leading the monthly close process, supporting tax compliance and reporting, contributing to SEC-related activities, and developing team capabilities to support a growing organization.

• Manage an accurate and timely monthly close, including accruals and account reconciliations
• Oversee preparation of sales and use tax filings, as well as tangible and intangible tax returns
• Maintain fixed asset records
• Lead accounts payable operations
• Oversee corporate and sales tax activities
• Supervise and coordinate the work of accounting staff
• Prepare monthly financial statements and detailed analyses
• Assist with SEC reporting and financial statement preparation
• Conduct technical accounting research and provide implementation guidance
• Improve internal policies, processes, controls, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with external auditors during reviews and annual audits
• Support the Director of Finance with ad hoc and special projects

• BA/BS in Accounting and at least five years of experience managing an accounting department
• CPA preferred
• Demonstrated supervisory experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
