Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant – Dallas, TX

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Processing month-end journal entries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts, ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Performing income statement analysis and providing relevant financial data to the management team.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with the finance team to improve financial procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the medical industry.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
