Compiles and maintains accounts payable by performing the following duties:

• Codes and enters payable invoices into Accounts payable program.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Acquire and maintain vendor W9 for 1099 purposes.
• Maintain resale and tax exemption certificates.
• Order office supplies.
• Make "on demand" checks when necessary.
• Run unit inventory each Monday morning for sales meeting.
• Responsible for various other duties as assigned by Office Manager.

Minimum high school diploma required. Any additional courses in accounting favorable, but not required.

Two to three years previous experience in similar accounting position desired. Previous experience with computers for automated accounting system.
