Tax Senior Manager - CRE at Cohn Reznick

Located in the Dallas Office, hybrid schedule with an expectation of in‑office presence about three days per week.

Support our Real Estate Industry Group, specifically the Commercial Real Estate team. This role drives community development, addresses inequities, and propels the industry forward.

• Work with a team to meet various department deadlines throughout the year
• Prepare financial statements and compilations/reviews; prepare tax returns including 1065 & 1120‑S
• Assist with the process and review of tax returns
• Perform various financial analyses, including balance sheets and income statements
• Ad‑hoc projects as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree required;
  Master’s in Accounting/Taxation preferred
• CPA, JD or EA preferred
• Minimum 6 years progressive tax experience within real estate industry
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Strong tax research skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, exceptional client service skills
• Proven competence with MS Office and tax compliance/research software (Pro System, CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement)
• Solid project management and organizational skills, ability to multi‑task
