Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant – Integra Capital. Remote and Dallas corporate office.

• Post transactions, including adjusting journal entries, to the general ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations, follow up and clear outstanding items.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and related schedules.
• Conduct pre‑defined month‑end and year‑end close tasks.
• Perform reconciliations and analysis of other general ledger accounts.
• Gather year‑end audit information as requested.
• Perform any other duties as delegated from time to time.

• Proficiency in Excel (including spreadsheets, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP), MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational capability.
• Ability to multitask and meet set deadlines.
• Willingness to work long hours when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years’ experience in a corporate environment, preferably with large construction, engineering/architectural design‑build, or data‑center build‑out organizations, or in a start‑up/entrepreneurial environment.

• Full‑time role; remote and Dallas corporate office.
• Regular business hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (flexible across global offices).
