Job DescriptionSenior Associate – Lead Tax Services.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting on large tax projects requiring strong technical skills.
- Performing tax research and working with clients on tax matters.
- Planning and implementing special projects.
- Managing the compliance function, including the preparation and technical review of corporate, partnership, and personal income tax returns.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and building strong client relationships.
- BS in Accounting required;
Master’s in Taxation or LLM is a plus. - CPA or eligibility to sit for CPA required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in public accounting or a public/accounting blend.
- Experience with Consolidated C‑Corp, FAS 109, FIN 48, partnership, S‑Corp, individual and/or multi‑state tax matters.
- Ability to grow strong client relationships.
- Effective writing, communication, and tax research skills.
