Senior Property Accountant, Dallas

We are looking to fill a Senior Property Accountant position in Dallas. This role is with a prominent real estate company that offers a family‑friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have 5‑7 years of experience within property accounting and will be responsible for full‑cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments.

This is a hybrid position and offers great work flexibility. The position pays 90K‑95K plus bonus.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
• Accrual and cash journal entries
• Review operating statements and variance reports
• Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis
• Perform CAM reconciliations
• Interact and communicate with property managers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Recent commercial, retail or multifamily accounting experience

• Must be proficient in MS Excel
• Experience working with Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite
