Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting
Location:
Dallas, TX 75227
This is a hybrid role located in Dallas, TX.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for consolidation and financial statement preparation, coordination with external tax advisors, purchase accounting, and joint venture accounting.
- Assists with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Create opening balance sheets and intangible amortization schedules for acquisitions.
- Participate in close activities, including preparing journal entries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4+ years accounting experience;
Public accounting preferred - Experience with GAAP
