Senior Accountant, Software Company (Hybrid), 100K-110K

LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant for a rapidly growing SaaS company in the real estate technology industry, located in the North Dallas area. This role will own month-end close processes, financial reporting, and supporting operational accounting activities within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of US GAAP, 3–10 years of progressive accounting experience (preferably a mix of public accounting and industry), and is comfortable working in a lean team.

Experience with Sage Intacct and familiarity with ASC 606 are highly valued.

This position pays 100K-110K+Bonus and is in office ONLY 3 days per week.

• Manage month-end close activities including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and variance explanations for monthly flux analysis.
• Support financial statement preparation in accordance with US GAAP, and help maintain proper documentation of accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like FP&A, HR, and IT to align processes and improve workflows.
• Handle payroll journal entries and benefit-related accruals in collaboration with HR and payroll providers.
• Provide accounting support during ERP system upgrades or module integrations, especially within Sage Intacct.
• Participate in tax compliance efforts and coordinate with third-party advisors for filings and schedules.
• Support internal and external audit processes through preparation of documentation and audit requests.
• Work on intercompany reconciliations and eliminations across global entities.
• Offer financial insight and forward-thinking solutions to leadership teams to support ongoing growth and decision-making.

• 5–10 years of accounting experience, with preference for candidates with both public accounting and industry exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and operational accounting, including revenue recognition (ASC 606 familiarity is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems, and comfort working within a lean team.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience with in the SaaS or tech industry is a strong plus.
