Paradigm Tax Group is a national property tax consulting firm with over 30 offices. The firm provides a full range of property tax assessment and tax management services to commercial, industrial, multi-residential and special purpose property owners and taxpayers.
Job DescriptionOther duties than listed below may be assigned to meet business needs:
- Process client billing
- Make billing adjustments to client accounts as needed
- Maintain customer file maintenance as needed
- Communication with internal employees & external customers
- Process cash receipts
- Maintain customer files as needed
- Other accounting duties as assigned
- Excellent attention to detail
- Works well in a team environment
- Able to work with a diverse group of people
- Over time is expected
- 4 year degree is preferred but not required
- 2-4 years’ experience in customer billing
- Intermediate understanding of excel, basic understanding on all other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
