The role overview and requirements to be considered for the role:
- This is a 100% onsite role in Downtown Dallas - no options for hybrid or remote - embrace the engagement with your team and staff!
- Must have 3+ years in commercial real estate accounting, preferably retail
- Proven experience with full-cycle accounting,
preparing CAM recs (required), processing monthly financial statements, and assisting with annual budgets and forecasts. - A bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and solid GAAP knowledge are required.
- A CPA is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must have solid experience with Yardi
- One Sight experience is a plus!
