CPA Tax Senior Manager – Dallas, Texas

Since 1969, this firm has served the Dallas-metro area with customized tax and accounting services for businesses, individuals and high-net-worth clients across a wide range of industries.

They are looking for an experienced Tax Manager or Tax Senior Manager to join their team and work with sophisticated clients while contributing to a culture that values being accessible, attentive, collaborative, compassionate and knowledgeable.

• Manage complex tax engagements and provide thoughtful planning and compliance guidance.
• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and understand their changing financial needs.
• Review tax work and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Lead and develop staff while supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in client proposals, business development and broader practice initiatives.

• CPA Licenced or actively completing exams towards CPA licence
• Strong experience with HNW individuals, business owners, partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, trusts and estates
• Experience with complex federal and state tax compliance, planning and consulting
• Strong client relationship and engagement management skills
• Leadership experience mentoring and developing tax professionals
• Excellent communication and tax research skills
