Eleven Hundred+ is seeking a Senior Controller to lead accounting operations, with a focus on GAAP financial reporting, consolidated financial statements, close management and audit oversight. Reporting to the CFO, you'll own day-to-day accounting, strengthen financial reporting and controls, and improve processes and systems as the firm grows.
You'll work closely with the CFO, company leadership and business teams, managing a distributed accounting team initially consisting of two to three professionals, including a supervisor and accounting clerks. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you'll set priorities, review work and coach the team while remaining directly involved in accounting execution.
