Billing Specialist
We are looking for a Billing Specialist to support a busy accounting and operations team by ensuring billing information is entered, maintained, and processed accurately. This position requires someone who is comfortable working with large volumes of data, has strong Quick Books experience, and takes pride in producing accurate work in a deadline-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to identify discrepancies before they become issues. This person will play an important role in maintaining accurate customer billing records and supporting the company's accounts receivable process.
Responsibilities
- Process daily billing transactions and maintain customer account records.
- Enter high-volume data into Quick Books with a high level of accuracy.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and correctness.
- Assist with accounts receivable reporting and account maintenance.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and make corrections when necessary.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records.
- Support month-end billing activities and reporting functions.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding billing questions and documentation.
- Assist with administrative and operational projects as assigned.
